What are the options for sending payment?

Payment can be made with a credit card or through Paypal.

What percentage do you need up front to get started?

We charge a non-refundable 50% deposit and the other 50% is due upon completion of work.

Do I have to sign a contract?

In most cases yes, we do require that you sign a contract once an agreement has been made after reviewing our quote.

Is there a monthly charge or is it a one-time fee?

Most work does incur a one-time fee, but in the event Legal Tells has to manage an account for a prolonged period of time there will be a maintenance fee (You will be notified prior to signing a contract as to the type of payment structure).
