Tim is one of only a relatively few attorneys who practice in the litigation of Defense Base Act claims, where he represents military contractors seriously injured in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Christian, is a former Florida Prosecutor and Investigator with Florida's Department of Children and Families. As a felony prosecutor, Christian was able to hone his trial skills. Christian is our firms principal criminal defense attorney, where he litigates and tries a broad range of criminal defense cases, including serious felonies, drug trafficking, drug possession, violent offenses, assaults, theft charges, DUIs, BUIs, probation violations, identity theft, and complex federal crimes such as wire fraud, mail fraud and bank fraud. Prior to his service as a prosecuting attorney, Christian was an investigator with Florida's Department of Children and Families (DCF), where he investigated allegations and reports of abuse in the home. Christian heads our firm's criminal defense and family law practice groups.Tim and Christian, who are cousins who have known each other well all their lives, try all cases together as a powerful trial team.
