The attorneys associated with this unit are former JAG with acute experience in court martial litigation and trial procedure. Their skills were honed as government military attorneys based on management and litigation in thousands of individual cases. This Unit is experienced in handling Military Disability Claims to the FPEB and Appeals to the Secretaries of the each of the Services. This Unit is also skilled in appeals to the Board of Military Corrections (BCMR). This Unit is responsible for challenges to Security Clearances of firm clients - denials, appeals, and expected challenges. This Unit is experienced in handling Yankee White, Top Secret, TS-SCI, Secret, and Interim Clearances. The Criminal Defense Unit of Bose Law Firm® is involved in Financial Crimes (generally white collar crimes of embezzlement, mail fraud and securities fraud) and Sensitive Criminal Matters involving drugs and sexual acts. The Financial Crimes wing is involved in mortgage fraud crimes, crimes involving corporate action or omissions, and other white collar financial issues.The DUI defense unit is involved with DUI defense in federal and state courts of Virginia and Washington, DC. This unit is comprised of a former scientist able to parse all breath and blood evidence with precision. In addition, this Unit routinely examines police procedure in arrests and challenges evidence procured from arrests lacking probable cause. The former police and prosecutors within the Firm are an integral part of defense formation in all DUI cases. The Asset Protection and Planning Unit of the Bose Law Firm® is involved with the protection of client wealth prior to litigation in civil settings. The focus of this Unit is to identify weaknesses in wealth management structures and plan for financial assaults via legal structures and mechanisms including corporate shields, LLPS, domestic and international trusts, and insurance vehicles. The Business Tort Litigation practice of the Bose Law Firm® handles cases involving conspiracies and plans to destroy business goodwill, various acts and omissions involving business partners and persons with fiduciary relationships, and other matters involving entrepreneurs and investors. This unit routinely benefits from the former investigators associated with the Bose Law Firm®.
